I had an amazing stay at this hotel, located right in the center of Harrogate. The rooms were clean and comfortable with fantastic views over the park. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to the friendly staff like Charlie who went above and beyond to make our stay delightful. The dining experience was satisfying with freshly cooked food, although there was a slight delay with the gluten-free toast. The location is unbeatable, close to all the good restaurants in town. However, the price could be a bit high for what is offered, but the value is still there.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit of a letdown with very little view and a small bedroom, but the outside seating areas were a nice touch. The service was a hit or miss, with some friendly staff members like Charlie the waiter, but others seemed uninterested in helping. The location was central, which was great for exploring the town, but the noise from the adjacent pub was bothersome. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good food but some delays in service. The facilities were decent overall.

The hotel is centrally located in the beautiful town, providing access to many good restaurants within walking distance. The rooms, while in good condition, were upgraded due to a strange-smelling bathroom, but they feature incredible bathrooms. The service, especially from a waiter named Charlie, was exceptional with friendly and engaging staff. However, there were issues with reception and complaints handling. The dining experience offered full dishes, but there were delays with gluten-free toast. The location receives a high rating and is described as lovely, despite some issues near the 'station'. The hotel has its ups and downs. On the positive side, it's conveniently located in the center of Harrogate, close to all the attractions. The rooms, however, have a tatty view of the rear of the leisure facilities and are a bit dated, with twin beds. The service, on the other hand, was a mixed bag with some friendly and engaging staff, even though complaints seemed to lead to nowhere. Dining was good with top-quality food, especially the beef dishes. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay but could use some improvements.
